Constitutional Court: Election to the Berlin House of Representatives must be repeated in its entirety

There were serious glitches in the election for the Berlin House of Representatives, which took place in September 2021 parallel to the federal election. That is why the Berlin Constitutional Court is now declaring them invalid.
