Constable: New suicide prevention network tailored to help Hispanics

With suicide on the rise in the Hispanic community, and a lack of services tailored to that population, suburban residents Gabi Vargas and A.J. Ramirez are starting the nation's first National Hispanic Suicide Prevention Network.
