Conshohocken man faces trial on child porn charges

NORRISTOWN — A Conshohocken man must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he allegedly possessed child pornography, including sexual-related images of girls under the age of 12.
Jorvan Axel Ramos-Martinez, 23, of the 800 block of East Elm Street, was ordered to stand trial, after waiving his preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Deborah Lukens, on multiple charges of possessing child pornography in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in September.
Ramos-Martinez remains free on $25,000 unsecured bail while awaiting his next court hearing, a formal arraignment on the charges in county court. After he is formally arraigned next month, a county judge will set a trial date.
