Connecticut soldier receives posthumous Purple Heart 105 years after death in WWI

U.S. Army Sgt. Paul Maynard of Torrington, Conn., was killed in action on the last day of the World War I while serving in France and is documented as the last service member from Connecticut to be killed in the war. Last week he received a Purple Heart.
