Look, nothing is free, I get it, I live in this state. Every single one of us, is one more new tax or traffic jam away from moving to Florida (Florida you say?) But, while we're here we might as well take advantage of these free programs that have been created, by taking our hard-earned money and spending it in unnecessary manners.
