Conman Mark Acklom challenges court bid to seize his assets after romance scam

Acklom is living with his wife in Spain and likely to become a Spanish citizen, a court in Bristol has heard, where the convicted fraudster was represented by his lawyer. He was previously jailed for defrauding an ex-girlfriend out of £350,000.
