Congresswoman Stefanik to attend Conservative Party barbecue on Sunday

MORRISTOWN - U.S. Congresswoman Elise Stefanik will speak at Sunday’s St. Lawrence County Conservative Party “Summer Meet and Greet” event at the Morristown Fire Department.
Congresswoman Stefanik, who has frequently been described as a rising star in the GOP, was recently elected as the third ranking Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The event runs from 1 to 6 p.m. Chef Parker Piercey will prepare his famous barbecue with all the fixings. $20 for singles and $30 for couples.
The event, sponsored jointly by the St. Lawrence County Republican and Conservative Parties, will provide an opportunity for citizens to hear from their elected officials, meet candidates in the fall election and learn about how they can get more involved in civic affairs.
