Congo (Brazzaville): Zenith Energy fails in its bid for a new 25-year licence to operate the Tilapia oil field

Following Zenith Energy's submission of a comprehensive technical and commercial offer to the Ministry of Hydrocarbons of the Republic of the Congo for the award of a new 25-year licence in relation to the Tilapia oilfield, on July 20, 2020, the Company has now become aware that a company named Olive Energy E&P has been awarded a licence to operate the Tilapia oilfield.
