Conflict in Greater Upper Nile is impeding humanitarian aid to thousands of people already devastated by flooding

Forty thousand people have been displaced in the Greater Upper Nile area of South Sudan since August, when escalations in fighting forced people to flee in search of safety. MSF is providing assistance to people as the insecurity poses challenges to delivering medical services.
