Comptroller report questions spending by former Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police director

A state comptroller's investigation of the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police has unearthed nearly $64,000 in what officials called "questionable" credit card purchases as well a potential conflict of interest involving the nonprofit group's then-executive director.
