Company involved in alleged 'play-to-pay' scheme with former community college chancellor files claim for economic harm, reputation damage

After the San Mateo County Community College District filed a lawsuit earlier this year against several construction companies for an alleged “pay-to-play” scheme, one of them has now filed a claim alleging its reputation was harmed.
