Companies working on I-376 'bathtub,' Armstrong Tunnel did Fern Hollow Bridge inspections

The NTSB says faulty inspections contributed to the collapse of the Fern Hollow Bridge. Action News Investigates has learned that two companies that did those inspections are working on major road projects in Pittsburgh.
