PennDOT imposes speed restrictions
PennDOT has enacted a 45 mile per hour speed restriction and commercial vehicles are relegated to right lane only on the following Pennsylvania roadways in the Poconos and surrounding areas: I-78, I-79 from WV State Line to I-80, I-80, I-81, I-84, I-380, I-476 from I-95 to PA-TP 476.
