Community rallies around donut shop owners after money for Monterey Park victims is stolen

Francois Ung and his wife Shally raised about $2,000 to support survivors and victims of the Monterey Park mass shooting. The money was stolen just two days after the couple paid tribute to their friend Andy Kao, who died in the shooting.
