Community meeting set for Carteret, Craven, Jones and Pamlico counties as North Carolina to receive $1.5 billion in opioid settlements for treatment, recovery and harm reduction

HAVELOCK — Officials from four counties, including Carteret, will join for meetings to address the opioid crisis March 6 at the Havelock Tourist & Event Center.
