Community groups file suit over use of pesticides near Pajaro Valley schools

A coalition of groups representing local teachers, farmworkers, environmental activists and labor organizations filed a lawsuit against Monterey County and state regulatory agencies over the decision to allow the use of pesticides near schools in the Pajaro Valley.
