Milford’s Bug & Bud Festival canceled
Downtown Milford Inc. and the City of Milford’s Park & Recreation Department have canceled the 17th Annual Bug & Bud Festival scheduled for Saturday, April 24. Due to the amount of planning, fundraising, volunteer time and uncertainty whether state of emergency restrictions might be lifted, the organizations decided this was the best course of action. Later this year, they will begin planning next year’s Bug & Bud Festival, scheduled for Saturday, April 23, 2022.
Unitarian Universalists to meet Feb. 28
The Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware will hold a live online service at 10 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 28. The Rev. Paula Maiorano said, “How are the Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware planning to continue their journey toward spiritual wholeness and beloved community?” All are welcome to view this service on UUSD's Facebook Page.
