Santiago de Chile, Dec 24 (Prensa Latina) The Communist Party (PC) of Chile today has a new political leadership of 16 members after the re-election of Guillermo Teillier and Lautaro Carmona as president and secretary general, respectively.
Newspaper El Siglo, organ of the PC, reports this Thursday that the election took place in a plenary session of the Central Committee, in which the proposals of names to form the new Political Commission were analyzed and voted, following the strict parity of gender and the representation of social and generational sectors.
