Commissioners Share Their Visions to Make Lakeland 'Properous, Vibrant and Connected'

Lakeland's city commissioners did something unusual last week — they talked with each other. Florida's Sunshine Law bars them from discussing city business with each other outside of public meetings. So they met just to brainstorm and collaborate.
