Commissioner tells schools new legislation will be 'devastating,' vows to 'stay in the storm'

The NCHSAA was in the midst of its fall regional meetings when Senate Bill 452 was amended and passed. On Tuesday morning, NCHSAA Commissioner Que Tucker told schools at a regional meeting that the effects of the new bill will be "devastating" to schools and students.
