Pulwama: In a significant step towards fostering economic independence, the District Employment and Counseling Centre (DE&CC) Pulwama on Thursday distributed 13 small commercial vehicles (CVs) and 01 Passenger Vehicle among the beneficiaries under the Mumkin scheme at the District Administrative Complex Pulwama.
