Ltd., a Chinese iron and steel producer, Tangshan Caofeidian Beijing-Hebei Cooperation Green Industry Investment FUND, Shanghai Dehui Group Co., Ltd., its New Zealand partner, TangMing Group (Wellington) Investment Ltd. and Mitsui Co., Ltd.
