They're facing some challenges. Unhappy neighbors claim the Italianate Victorian is integral to neighborhood and want it preserved. The Planning Board, after hearing the owners' plans, has recommended against granting a permit.
Soon, the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals will decide the building’s fate.
