Comelec upholds decision to recognize Duterte faction as real PDP-Laban

The Commision on Elections upheld its decision to recognize the PDP-Laban wing chaired by former President Rodrigo Duterte as the legitimate party over the faction led by Sen. Aquilino Pimentel III.
