Combat orders are issued to Cuba's cadres: support the regime's economic measures

After some cadres failed to respond to Díaz-Canel's combat order on July 11, 2021, the new Code of Ethics seeks to ensure that, under similar circumstances, next time none of them will hesitate to crack down on the Cuban people.
