LISBON — Justin A. Davis, 33, Irondale, was served a secret indictment charging him with breaking and entering and theft, both fifth-degree felonies, along with a fourth-degree felony safecracking. On Sept. 28, Davis allegedly broke into King’s Carry Out LLC, tampering with a safe and stealing cash and cigarettes from the store. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
