LISBON — Ashley D. House, 32, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of drugs; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and both obstructing official business and petty theft, both misdemeanors. She faces up to nine years and 270 days incarceration along with a $28,750 fine. Sentencing is set for May 14. On Aug. 20, House stole items from Walmart and delayed the investigation, destroying or concealing the items. A year earlier, Aug. 23, 2019, House had methamphetamine, hydrocodone, buprenorphine, lorazepam and psilocyn.
Robert Manigault, 25, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, for his actions on March 20, 2019. Sentencing is set for Feb. 22. He faces up to four years in prison and a $12,500 fine.
