Columbia-area bar overserved alcohol to man who left and caused deadly crash, lawsuit claims

The restaurant and bar recently announced plans to close, citing rising liquor liability insurance rates. It is now facing a lawsuit that alleges it served an “excessive” amount of alcohol to a person who later got in a crash that killed two people.
