Colorado's Blue Lakes wilderness may require permits for hiking, camping

The Blue Lakes, located in the San Juan Mountains on Colorado’s Western Slope, offer Instagram-worthy alpine lakes and access to 14ers, Mount Sneffels. But it's become so popular the environment is suffering. U.S. Forest Service wants to require permits for hiking and camping there.
