COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WWBT) - Colonial Heights Animal Services is asking for the public’s help in finding whoever is responsible for abandoning a dog at the facility.
“This is beyond unacceptable. We are looking to pursue charges and hope to do so,” a post said.
Staff said they arrived to find the emaciated dog outside the building in nearly freezing temperatures.
