Cold Wave: Chandigarh schools extend winter break for classes up to 8th by another week

The Director of School Education, UT Chandigarh has extended winter school breaks for classes up to 8th due to prevailing weather conditions. Punjab and parts of Haryana have been issued a red alert by the Indian Metrological Department (IMD). The Delhi government has announced the resumption of physical classes for all students, with precautionary measures in place.
