Colby McCreary charges amended Jan. 5 | Police Fire

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reduced the charges against former Jefferson County Deputy Colby McCreary to a misdemeanor DWI after initially charging him with two felonies in connection with the death of his wife, Savannah McCreary.
