A new coffee shop in Dallas called Well Grounded Coffee Community is hiring formerly incarcerated mothers, who are looking for a fresh start.
Well Grounded Coffee Community is a faith-based coffee shop, trying to make a positive impact in lives.
"Certainly their lives are being transformed. Our lives are being transformed by the process,” said Natalie Huscheck, a co-founder of Well Grounded Coffee Community.
So far they starting with two women, but are looking forward to hire more women, who need help with a second chance.
