广州：满足条件可分类分批解封封闭封控区_央广网

　　据广州市卫生健康委副主任陈斌介绍，解封的条件共有4项：
　　“这里说的各项防控措施是指，对重点场所开展环境消毒及风险评估，对密接、次密接者采取隔离医学观察，对其他重点人群赋黄码并采样排查，以及落实封闭封控管理措施情况等。”陈斌解释说。
　　二、所有密切接触者已得到有效管控。
