Mine would strengthen the economy. With the Wharton School has said is Donald Trumps plan would actually explode the deficit. That is just a stone bite. They gave her that to say. Pregnant women that want to carry a pregnancy to Term Suffering from a miscarriage and being denied care in an Emergency Room because Healthcare Providers are afraid they might go to jail and she is bleeding out in the car of a Parking Lot . She didnt want that. I support reinstating the productions of Roe V wade. As he rightly mentioned, nowhere in america is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion. That is not happening. It is insulting to the women of america. At The End of the night, they picked up a Surprise Endorsement from Megastar Taylor swift to probably described herself as a childless cat lady. Even though they are feeling good and the spirit of the campaign is celebratory, so much so that they are eager for another debate, they are still sober minded about the difficult road ahead. That is why they already built out this week and she will be campaigning again here in pennsylvania as well as in North Carolina and governor Tim Walz will be campaigning in the midwest. All right. We have heard what, harris is planning to do. They know he took the bait and he fell for some of that goading that Kamala Harris had laid out for him and ones that i will remind you and we talked about this all day yesterday, that his campaign had been the most concerned about. They had prepped him Behind The Scenes the last few weeks not to fall for that. Not to fall into the trap of getting more aggressive and going on different rants of attack. They wanted him to be more restrained. Clearly that was unsuccessful. They also argue that the moderators were more biased against him. You saw a lot of his circuits including people like Tulsi Gabbard and Brian Hughes himself said this was a three on one debate. And of course we know that when they blame the moderators and attack the networks, it ends that being it ends of not being a winning argument. A key thing i heard his people were frustrated he did not steer the conversation back to the policy issues that matter. Particularly when he fell for some of the attack and that baiting from Kamala Harris. It was on immigration. One of the issues he does much better on. That he pulls better On And especially the economy. He could have needled her more. They did not think they did well with the flipflopping. I read where she was not black, that she put out. I will say that and then i read that she was black. People dont go to her rallies. There is no reason to go. The Fact Check story of the night was a staggering dishonesty of former president Donald Trump. I counted 33 false claims and that might be a generous count versus one or maybe two false claims from Vice President harris although she added a smattering of misleading or lacking in context claims. Lets go through this wild list of false trump claims. Some are great just. On the economy, he said terrorists do not raise money on economies. Americans paid the billions. He said all the jobs created under Biden And Harris are merely bounceback jobs from his administration. Todays number is millions higher than back then. He said we have the worst inflation ever . U. S. Record is 20 3. 7 . It is 2. 9 today down from a biden harris Era Peak of 9. 1 . He said there was no inflation when he was president. Prices rose a cumulative 8 when he was president. On immigration, he said migrants in Ohio City he said are eating peoples cats and dogs. That a baseless debunked facebook remark. Nonsense. He said harris the 21 Million migrants across the border under harris. That is many millions too high. He said millions of people are entering monthly. There has not been a single month in the millions. He said many of the migrants are from foreign prisons or mental institutions. Even his own campaign has not been able to cooperate that. On abortion, he said every democrat wanted Roe V wade overturned. It is just untethered to reality. Roe v wade was supported by more than 80 of democrats. Then he said every legal scholar wanted Roe V wade overturned and a bunch of legal scholars personally told me they did not. He said governor Tim Walz said it is fine to execute babies after birth. Tim walz never said that and that is illegal and every single state. On four relations, he said 85 Billion in u. S. Equipment was left to the taliban. That is a massive exaggeration. The pentagon said the number is 7 billion. He said iran did not Fund Terror groups under him. Iran did. All of the Funding Level did decline. He said he ended russias north stream pipeline. He did authorize sanctions but after 90 Completion And Russia resumed construction during his own presidency. He said the u. S. Has provided far more aid to ukraine then europe has. It is the reverse. Europe divided far more aid than the u. S. He said President Biden took millions of dollars from china. He did not. He added a false claim about biden getting money from russia. Again, nonsense. He said harris was sent to negotiate peace us with one Report Right before the russian invasion of ukraine. Not only did that not just happen but the kremlin said harris has never once even spoken with vladimir putin. Trump said he rebuilt the entire military. He did not. And then attacking Vice President harris, he said harris was the first candidate to drop out of the 2020 democratic primary. There were actually 13 others that dropped out before her. He said harris previously said she wasnt black. Total fiction. He said people dont attend Paris Rallies and thousands do indeed. Is that people dont leave his own rallies early. Some do. When it came to the 2020 electiOn And its own legal troubles, he said there is so much proof that the 2020 election was stolen. There was not and it was not. He is a Nancy Pelosi turned down his offer of 10,000 National Guard troops january 6th. There is no evidence she even got such an offer. It was trump, not the speaker, that had the power to deploy the guard. He said no judge even looked at the merits of his allegations about the 2020 election. Some judges actually did and still lost the cases. He said the Justice Department was behind a variety of legal cases and actually it had nothing to do with. And then a bunch of other lies and a variety of topics. He said crime is skyrocketing. It is declining sharply. He said the Central Park Five pleaded guilty. They did not. They were wrongly convicted. He said those men killed someone. It was not even a murder case. He said he saved obamacare when actually he tried to kill it and made it more weak. He said harris has a plan to confiscate everybodys gun. She does not. He used the word somber and that is an appropriate word. It is indeed a very somber day. We also have to draw inspiration from the fact that we have exhibited the resolve to stand strong and continue our way of life. Our way of life is impenetrable and will stand forever. The threats, the Threat Landscape of course has evolved over the 23 years and the Intelligence Lapse and gaps that led up to 9 11, how has it evolved . What is the greatest threat to the american Homeland Today . The foreign Terrorist Threat that struck our country so tragically 23 years ago persists. It is still very much something that we have to address. But the threat has evolved so that we are also concerned about individuals already here in the united states radicalized to violence. Radicalized to violence by false narratives and ideologies of hate and personal grievances and other forms of narratives that are propagated on social media. Along the vein of domestic threats, you had, in july, you create a bipartisan panel for an independent review of the attempted assassination into Donald Trump. Are there any preliminary findings . Have they brought you anywhere get . What are you hearing . The independent Review Panel is one line of investigation of the July 13th attempted assassination. They will present me with a report at The End of the month. That is what the anticipated timeline is. We said a short timeline given the gravity of the event and the urgency of addressing it successfully. No read yet on any conclusions that have been drawn . No read yet and we certainly dont want to get ahead of that. Totally understandable. This 9 11 lines in the thick of an election. Politics need to not be brought here. ImmigratiOn And securing the border was a huge topic discussed Last Night at the debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Donald trump trying to make the case, as he has many times before, that the biggest threat to the country right now is illegal immigration. Some of the things he has said Last Night and has said before, is that crime is down everywhere else in the world except crime is up in the united states because of illegal immigration. He thinks a number of illegal immigrants in the united states is far more than undocumented immigrants in the 11 Million believed. He said Last Night he believes it is 21 Million. We have a new form of crime called migrant crime and it is happening at levels that nobody thought possible. You are the man in charge of protecting the border. Can you respond to that . It is not permissible for me to respond to a candidates statements. That prevents me from doing so. The charges leveled by others other than the candidate. What is very important is that we focus on facts and not fiction. We have driven the number of encounters at the Southern Border Down by mo than 50 . That is the executive action. The enduring solution to what everyone believes is a broken system is for congress to act and it has failed to do so because some interfered with a senate bipartisan piece of legislation that was a remarkable compromise and would have made a remarkable difference in the security of the border. That being said, crime is down in this country and the demonization of migrants is not consistent with our countrys values. When you hear a charge that illegal immigratiOn And migrant crime is one of the greatest threats in the country, you say what . That it is false. What seemed to get under his skin wrecked the most was when she talked about his release. You will see during the course of his rallies, he talks about fictional characters like hannibal lecter. Campaign manager or 2008 for Barack Obama. Thank you. That was an interesting moment and clearly it did get under Donald Trumps skin. But it was an answer to a question about immigration. And curious how that fact dealt with the question of immigration. Kamala harris tucked up in immigration throughout the night and i think the main point is that there was a Border Build that some of the most conservative members of the senate cooperated with democrats On And it would have past. It would have created more Border Agents and more technology and would have helped us solve the problems instead of just talking about it. Donald trump killed it and said he was proud to do so. The crowd says moment was interesting. It was making a bigger point which is, if you do watch his rallies and unfortunately, im forced to do it, it is filled with grievances and crazy Things Nobody outside some precincts on Fox News talked about and it is really not focused on solutions. It is focused on himself. Clearly it triggered him. And that was exchange when he ended up talking about folks in Ohio Eating Dogs which is not true. It speaks to a bigger point. I think that is what, harris did so well Last Night. She was trying to connect with the american people about their desires and their hopes and talking about things like more support for small businesses and housing. And trump was focused on his normal tired playbook. And he brought it to the Debate Stage Last Night and i think he did a huge disservice to his campaign. So you were realtime tweeting. I think what was some Dial Testing you are involved in Last Night during the debate. Do you care to give us a window as to what you were doing and what got the biggest response . I want to share everything, john. Obviously your network had research and other networks had qualitative Focus Groups with undecided voters. Obviously every president ial campaign is looking most closely at how the voters that are yet to decide come who may be are undecided or soft trumper sock terrace, what We Saw was a dominating performance. I think particularly the exchange on abortion was one where the biggest gap i have ever seen in a debate in terms of people liking what Kamala Harris said and really disliking Donald Trump. Throughout the night, i think she did herself a lot of good on the issues of the economy and on healthcare and on Foreign Policy and Donald Trump did not. Ive never seen voters react so poorly to something as he did to Donald Trumps strange detour into Dog And Cat eating land. It wasnt just that. You always have to focus on a campaign. You have a good night and have to focus on the next day and you move on. Had we waited 11 years for the healthcare plan, we never saw it and we never will. The only plan is to kick tens of millions of people of healthcare. I think he said he is the concept of a plan after 11 years. You will see more about that in the days to come. He said he wouldnt sign a national Abortion Noelvi Marte. I would remind of yours that he personally said he would cast his vote in florida for a six week Abortion Noelvi Marte before many know they are pregnant. And he basically said that he would not take ukraines side. He was asked repeatedly. I think those are three key moments that we see a lot about in the coming days and weeks. She was given an opportunity to explain why and how her positions have changed on a number of issues. She was asked about Fracking And Medicare for all and defending the police. She only answered about fracking and cited the fact that in 2020 on the Debate Stage, the Vice President said she supported President Bidens plan on that. Why doesnt she address her evolution on these issues more . John, she talked about healthcare. She said clearly that she believes obviously a lot of people get their healthcare through their employer. But a lot of people also rely on the cap a check it. , harris will work to strengthen the healthcare system. If you get it on the individual market like 20 Million americans get come with her, he will save it and improve it. Donald trump will get rid of it. At The End of the day, i look at Donald Trump. All of these questions were posed to Kamala Harris and that is fair. He has had seven art eight positions on every issue. At this late stage of his life where he settled is the most extreme version on all of them. Project 2025 is a big part of that. What do we know about this video and how might this play into the Shooting Investigation if at all . Good morning. This video is likely to be an important piece of evidence in this criminal case as a Colds Access to firearms as being highly scrutinized. The Georgia Bureau of investigations which is leading the investigation told me that it is looking into the video. The video appears to be taken as a Screen Recording off of Cold Grays mothers and stram and was posted in january of 2023. We can see what appears to be Cold Gray posing with the rifle and the dead deer he hunted. We can hear the voice of what appears to be his father in the background posting his shooting skills and calling it the greatest day. Five months after the video was apparently taken, Jackson County Deputy is paid cold and call in a visit after the fbi received anonymous tips about an alleged School Shooting Threat and colin mentioned several times this Deer Hunting, this first Deer Hunting trip with cold trying to say he was trying to teach the way about firearm safety. I spoke with the maternal grandfather who criticized the move of buying the ar15 style rifle. The reporting shows that was done several months after the first Deer Hunting trip is a holiday gift. Harris also effectively attacked him on tariffs and trump retorted, why havent you repealed them . But trump was just so obsessed with his own issues of Crowd Size and i think she really got him pretty good with the comment about, all your former staffers in general are a disgrace.
