Well, she definitely took quite a Drubbing Yesterday and judge mcafee is ruling and i think the most legal observers acknowledged that there were really the goal issues here and there was really a poor response, the das office does not get high marks for political crisis communications. So there were a lot of missteps along the way, but ultimately, peoples memories are short. And so in terms of you, how does it affect the jury pool . How does it affect her reelection . I think it might be minimal, but the only thing that she really needs to worry about is if theres other damaging information out there that comes to light, but i think as of now, shes in the drivers seat. And i think people will probably have this way back in the Rearview Mirror by the time of trial comes or by time november rolls around before we start heading up the east coast to the other court cases. So i think judge mcafee is ruling was really very detailed. It was thorough. And i think he made it essentially appeal proof in the sense that this the appellate process right now is discretionary. He has to gretchen to allow this this Intermediary Appeal that Georgia Court of appeals also has the discretion to say no, thank you. We dont want to hear it right now i think because it was so thorough and because he did give this offramped to the da that the das office has now taken with Special Prosecutor wade, leaving its really unlikely in my view that this is going to be appealed over the summer. Do we have any sense of how the case is going to change or if it will change. Now that again, one of the main prosecutors eighth and wade is going to be stepping away. Well, i dont think its going to change much, so i think whats important understand is nathan wades role here. Nathan wade probably was not the person really driving the legal theory behind this. There were other Special Prosecutors who have expertise in rico for example, who have expertise in constitutional law in appellate work that nathan wade didnt have, nathan wades role was really here as team manager.
