But this this order, its never a good day if youre a lawyer to have a judge say that youre basically not believable and to suggest that other bodies like the state bar and ethics its commission and the Legislature Might be able to do something about it, but you as a judge, feel constrained to not do it to comply with the law. So while its a win for her to stay in the case, certainly she did not come out of this without what i think would be more problems. I dont think weve heard the end of it, frankly, i think this is good.
