Its a Priority Issue for Republican Voters at the same time, i think to your point, that democrats will be trying to remind voters that they tried to fix this and republicans blocked it. Will that resonate long term . I dont know what bipartisan Border Security was demonized even before it came out. And thats taking a long life of its own. Many of them told me they would vote for trump ultimately, if, if faced with a choice between trump and biden, and a lot of them said they just didnt know. Alayna what are the former president say . Well, there are a few things here, manu, but he was railing against facebook and this Potential Tiktok Ban On Cnbc this morning, he argued that if tiktok is banned, more people would want to go to facebook calling the Social Media Platform the enemy of the people. Take a listen to how he put it. The thing i dont like is that without tiktok, you can make facebook bigger and i consider facebook to be an enemy of the people along with a lot of the media. If you ban tiktok, facebook, and others. But mostly facebook will be a big beneficiary. And i think facebook has been very so. I think facebook has been very bad for our country, especially when it comes to elections. Now im ana, theres a couple of things i just want to point out here. One is that i spoke with some of Donald Trumps advisors this morning about this and they added and kind of repeated what donald trump just said there, which is that there was a concern that if tiktok were to be banned or bought, that some of its users would migrate to facebook. And also its important to note that this comes as the house is expected to vote some point this week on a potential ban on facebook or to force it to be sold away from bytedance. And so thats where the timing of this comes into it. Now i also just want to point out that donald trump was also posting about this on truth social last week in that post came just hours after he met with jeffrey yaz. Hes someone who has a big republican donor and also has a huge stake in tiktok, more than 30 billion and here you see that post there where he wrote, if you get rid of Tiktok Facebook and Zucker Schmuck will double their business. I dont want facebook, who cheated in the last election doing better . They are true enemy of the people. Were going to see this continue to play out this week. But i also just want to note monitor that when i spoke with trumps advisers, they argue that unlike with the bipartisan border bill that we saw donald trump really go Scorched Earth on and really have a role in tanking it. They argue that he doesnt feel the same way about this, that if congress decides that they want to move forward with this bill, he will support them in that decision. And he mentioned specifically the iron dome system, this Missile Defense system. He did not mention, however, things like munitions for fighter planes. He did not mention Artillery Shells or shells for armor tanks. So i think it was not by mistake that he mentioned the iron dome and he did not mention other kinds of weapons so how would you characterize netanyahus relationship with biden right now and just how strained isnt i think its very strange. Very strange. I think its what bidens trying to do over the last few days. I think since the State Of The Union speech where he didnt even mention it by name. He spoke about these real leadership as if its its some sort of an entity, not a person. And i think hes trying to break away from Benjamin Netanyahu while still sticking with israel and its fight against hamas and especially the whole issue of releasing the hostages. And its a very tricky maneuver because at the end of the day, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of israel so anything you say about him reflects about what, you know, what you think about the country as a whole. Now, netanyahu says israeli support his plan to invade rafah. Is he right . Well, he also said that when biden disagrees with him, he disagrees with majority of israelis and im not sure thats accurate because while the majority of israelis do support the war, the same number between 70 to 80 and say they want netanyahu to resign either now immediately or after, or right after the war. So i think that you know, im not sure that there is doing. He says that biden and the majority of israelis, israeli public, disagree. Maybe on some stuff that disagree, but maybe another stuff they agree quite quite much.
