Trump renting a New Hampshire is a familiar warning of what he will do in 2024. The future of abortion on the ballot in ohio tonight, results expected anytime that Special Election, it could also signal between the swing state, might go next year for the president. Also the brutal fight for ukraine, and attempted Reality Check on the losses ukraine has suffered a counter offensive, and later tonight and the west coast guard hit a damning investigation on Sexual Assault from public view, the newest developments in a story that cnn was first to bring you. Good evening, thank you for joining us. Leaked today, judge Tanya Chutkan rejected the former president s attorneys attempts to delay a hearing about how evidence should be handled in the january 6th case. She said 10 00, friday morning, for both sides to make their arguments. A short time earlier, the former president was in New Hampshire, cursing in front of a crowd, continuing to lie about the 2020 election, and suggesting he will likely do it again in 2024. They rigged the president ial election in 2020, and we are not going to allow them to rig the president ial election in 2024. We are not going to allow it to happen. We are not going to allow it to happen, New Hampshire. You are such an important state. To point out, that man is charged with four felonies which are directly connected to his false statements in 2020 that the election was rigged, and the conspiracy allegedly entered into to overturn it. Now, he is saying the same about 24, although it is hard to imagine that an indicted alleged felon would be repeatedly, or be repeating anything remotely similar to his alleged crime. It was hard in the fall of 2020 to contemplate any president doing what he did. Meantime, his closest opponent who is far behind, ron desantis, continued his staff shakeup today, now replacing his Campaign Manager. Theres a lot to get to. We will show you what else trump said in New Hampshire. First, quickly, paula reid is on the legal maneuvering today. What is expected to happen friday morning in d. C. Federal court . Anderson, this is a significant hearing. This is the first time that trumps Defense Attorneys and Special Counsel prosecutor would appear before judge Tanya Chutkan. The last hearing was handled by a magistrate judge, and chutkan is the one who is going to handle all of the hearings up until a likely trial. Now, on friday, both sides will have the opportunity to make their arguments about what they think the rules should look like in this case for handling, and publicly sharing any sensitive information. Prosecutors want broad protections, Defense Attorneys are seeking something more narrow. Protections only for really sensitive information, which they argue would be more in line with what has happened another january 6th cases. Judge chutkan is overseeing dozens of cases related to january 6th, she is an experienced judge, and on the bench for about a decade, and it appears, anderson, based on her Scheduling Orders so far, she is looking to move this along pretty quickly. What did the former president s team say in a court filing today about how much time they need to prepare for trial . Not surprisingly, theyre asking for as much time as they can possibly get. Theyre arguing that they have so much work to do in their filing today, they argued they have to talk to hundreds of witnesses, go through terabytes of electronic information, all to prepare for this trial. Their long game, anderson, is to try and push this trial until after the 2024 election, the same strategy they are applying down in florida. It is unclear, though, if they will be successful in either case. Here, theyre arguing that this, just like the maralago documents case, is complex. They should be afforded much more time to prepare for trial. Judge chutkan, as i said, is trying to move this along quickly. She has said she wants to set a trial date, their next hearing is august 28th. Paula reid, thank you for the legal update. More now on what the former president said today, why it matters. Cnns Kristen Holmes is in New Hampshire. Former president donald trump, today, attack the paula reid, thank you for the legal update. More now on what the former president said today, why it matters. Cnns Kristen Holmes is in New Hampshire. Former president donald trump, today, attack the Special Counsel, while campaigning in a critical early state of New Hampshire. They call them deranged jack smith. Days after being arraigned on allegations he tried to overturn the 2020 election, despite knowing he lost. There was never a second of any day that i did not believe that election was rigged. It was a rigged election. Trump slammed efforts from prosecutors to limit what evidence could be publicly shared in trumps case. I will talk about. It i will. They arent taking away my First Amendment right. As he faces increasing legal jeopardy, trump remains the gop front runner, claiming the charges would hinder his bid for the white house. I am sorry, i wont be able to go into iowa today. I want people to go to New Hampshire today because i am sitting in a courtroom on bowl. Some supporters of the former president say they arent fazed by his legal issues. I think, every time he is indicted, he gets stronger and stronger. I feel we have a two tiered system, and we need to go back to a one tiered system. Trumps rivals also hit the trail in the Granite State tuesday, as they seek to gain traction with gop voters. As his Campaign Seeks a reboot, Florida Governor ron desantis replaced his Campaign Manager, part of a continued shakeup of his team. With a little more than two weeks until the first gop debate in milwaukee, former Vice President mike pence has qualified to take the stage. Trump has still not decided if he will participate in the debate, and has been polling his allies and supporters. Should i do the debate . [crowd chanting] maybe we will do something else. You see, some people say yes, but they hate to say it. It doesnt make sense. Kristen, what did the former president say about potentially being indicted on election interference charges in fulton county, georgia . Anderson, he used the opportunity to attack the district attorney, fani willis, saying she was a racist, only doing this, launching this investigation, potentially bringing in these charges, because she aspired to a higher political office, and, of course, he said what he said time and time again that it was perfect, his behavior in georgia was perfect. The phone call, asking the Secretary Of State to find votes was a perfect phone call. I will note one thing, anderson, i heard a Defense Tonight that i hadnt heard from him directly before when it related to georgia, something that his lawyers have said in the january 6th case, he said that it was everything within his right to ask questions, to question the results of the 2020 election in georgia, and thats all hes doing. That is something we have heard his lawyers say in the jenner six case, thats all he was doing, questioning the results of the election. Clearly, indication that will be what that Defense Looks like as well, anderson. Kristen holmes, thank you very much. Joining us now, three political commentators for cnn. Democrat paul, republican scott jennings, and alice stewart. Scott, how concerned should republican candidates and voters alike be that the former president seems to be telegraphing what he will do if he loses in 2024 . Well, the republicans should be concerned about the fact that, today, he looks like he is the odds on favorite for the republican nomination, and there is a real chance, if you look at the way the calendar is laid out, he could become the de facto nominee of the party, then, basically, become a convicted felon not basically, actually become a convicted felon, and become the actual nominee of the party at the convention in late summer. It would put the party in a bind because there is a huge cohort of republicans and americans who are simply not going to consider voting for a convicted felon. Now, the trump team, maybe they beat some of this, i dont know. If i were him, i would want to chance to try and beat it. His lawyers seem to want to delay it. For him, at this point, anderson, the campaigns defense, and his defense is the campaign. It ensures that the campaign is going to be about nothing but him, and everything related to him. That is not what the voters in suburban areas, georgia, pennsylvania, wisconsin, arizona, are going to want to hear next year, i dont think. Paul, how critical do you think this hearing is on friday . If there are rules set about what evidence can be talked about, this is about, you know, intimidating potential witnesses, this could lead to some very strange situations. Well, it could. It could also lead to a good First Amendment argument from donald trump. I am not a trump fan, but it is important that politicians have a very wide strike zone to criticize their opponents. I suspect the judge knows that. She is a well respected judge. He cannot intimidate. To me, the line is when you say things like i am coming after you, right . If you go after, i am coming after you. Which he has already said. That is a veiled threat. Most of this, i am sorry, he is allowed to call jacks mitt, the prosecutor, deranged. He has to have that First Amendment right. I say this as somebody who is a strong trump dislike. What i am struck by, the whining tone of this. Maybe it is one of the more not lovely things trump has brought to the party. When i was a kid, republicans were tough. Ronald reagan got shot, and he never complained. John mccain was tortured and he never complained. This guy, powerful, privileged, wealthy, and all he does is when, and, god help him, the republicans seem to love. It i dont know why. I prefer joe biden whos experienced more pain than anybody i know, and never complains because he is saying im going to fight for you, dont worry about me. Alice, what did you make of trump in New Hampshire . I think paul hit the nail on the head, trump is fighting for himself. He is not fighting for republicans, and he is not fighting for americans across the country. To scotts point, this is something that should be concerning to republicans while the former president is the titular head right now of the party. That is not a winning message in the general election. He has made it very clear that his campaign is going to be on the indictments against him. Other republicans out there in iowa, and New Hampshire, talking about jobs, the economy, and safety, national security. Donald trump is talking about rigged elections, what he calls bs indictments, and overzealous prosecutors. That is his one trick pony in this campaign. That is not a good way to win a general election. My guess is a matter of time, he will continue to go after jack smith, the prosecutors, his new mantra will be knock it off instead of lock her up. That is what we are going to be hearing from maga supporters if he continues this messaging, which he clearly will be. Paul, Iran Desantis is going to get rid of his Campaign Manager. Is that where the problem lies . It is always they blame the not the Organ Grinder in tv, before the anchor goes, it is the producer who gets fired. Believe me, as somebody before that, the set producers got blamed for my failings. Look, here is the problem, say you were taking out of tv and politics, launching a new dog food, and you had the best veterinarians and nutritionists, and farmers, butchers, marketers, and advertising people, and you pour it in the bowl, and the dog doesnt eat it. Ron desantis has a dog food problem. It is not going to get better by firing a Campaign Manager. Scott, is the candidate the problem . Well, i think donald trump is the problem. The second problem is fragmentation. Desantis, the rest of them, all have the same issue. Half, slightly more than half of the party want to do trump again, and the people that dont are fragmented. Desantis has most of them, the plurality of them, but theres lots of other candidates out there who are polling one to 6 . Until desantis scares or runs everyone else out of the race, trump benefiting from this fragmentation is not going to go away, particularly if he continues to hover around 50 or above 50. Desantis is in better shape in the state polls in iowa, for instance, then in some of the National Polls right now. There is no path to victory for desantis or anyone else as long as donald trump is sitting around 50 . He could win with 40 . The trump people tell you they feel very comparable with his position in the states. He is well above the floor they think they need to be to capture the nomination. He doesnt need a majority of the vote and the republican primary. Needs enough votes. He is well above that line. Alice, scott mentioned the National Polls versus state polls. It is a point Chris Christie made me last night, governor sununu made it the other night. Dont look at National Polls, look at New Hampshire, look at iowa polls. Trump doesnt look as strong. There it is a closer margin. Do you buy that . The problem is, we have seen an iowa poll where trump is still 20 points ahead of desantis. So, the Real Question is whether we are talking about National Polls or statewide polls. Are they an accurate reflection of what we are seeing on the ground . I am talking with political leaders and evangelicals in iowa, New Hampshire, and they say what they see and feel and hear from voters, it is not reflected in the polls. They see more people are looking elsewhere from donald trump, and looking to candidates whether it is desantis or tim scott, or vivek. Look, theres so much headlines, so much palace entry and policy conversations about the shuffling of the, deck in the desantis campaign, i could tell you this, if you are ever going to change your staff, now is the time to do so, and i know james, the person that has just been moved as Campaign Manager is a trusted person in the desantis world. He can handle the organizational aspects of this. David polanski, the deputy Campaign Manager, ive worked with him on two campaigns, he knows how to win and iowa caucus, he knows how to deal with the policy and strategy. In my view, from a reorganization standpoint, he is in good shape, he has the people in place, and he is traveling the state of iowa. This is a good time to push the reset button, were seeing more from him, as well as others who are seeing them inch up in the polls, and it is not looking, as i feel, for donald trump, as you would like to think. Chris christie made the point if some other candidate wins in either New Hampshire, or iowa, its game over for trump, its a gamechanger. The emperor has no close. Do you think thats right . I think, governor christie is actually setting the bar too high for the trump opponents. He could get close, because he does have such a dominant lead. And, christy is moving up in New Hampshire, i told you last night that he is. The polling New Hampshire shows Chris Christie moving up, and ron desantis fading. It seems to me that desantis only needs 3 new advisers, the father, the son, and a holy ghost. He aint got a prayer. But watch Chris Christie, ive actually been impressed by him on his town hall. Ive been impressed by tim scott, who is very very conservative, but he just doesnt hate me. And that sort of appealing. Its old reagan, to go back. He might hate you paula, just saying. [laughter] i wouldnt blame him. He doesnt know you. At [laughter] [laughter] paul, youre very likable. Paul but dallas i appreciate all of you. So when ukraine troops managed early on to rollback a good part of the invasion force, hopes were initially had to quickly finish the job. Its not work out that way. And now, new reporting tonight that there is growing concern among western allies about ukraines counteroffensive, and its fate. In a moment, we will talk to retired 3 star general for his take. But first, the Exclusive Reporting from cnns jim sciutto, who joins us now. So what are you hearing from your sources, about what they believe ukraines prospects are right now . A markedly negative turn, anderson. And these are sources ive been speaking to since the start of the counteroffensive. But even going back to the start of the war. And expectations of this counteroffensive were quite high, going back just a few weeks ago. But in recent weeks, as Ukrainian Forces have encountered really intense russian defenses in the east, and in the south. 3 lines of defensive lines, defensive ballots as they are known, with trenches as you are seeing there. Tens and of thousands of minds. Ukrainian forces have not proven able to breakthrough those lines. They have encountered staggering losses, i am told, both in terms of Killed In Action and wounded in action. And, Ukrainian Commanders in response to that, understandably have pulled back some of those units, to save some of those casualties. And while even a few weeks, ago the hope was that overtime they would be able to break through, more recently the assessments, both on this side of the atlantic, but also in europe, have been that they dont quite see the opportunity. So, that hope has faded. Not entirely faded, but it is certainly has become a much less hopeful outlook, for their prospects further south, and the success. This also takes into account. I mean, there are large number of Ukrainian Forces trained for a length of time, by u. S. Forces in combined weapons tactics, and movement. That still has not been able to deal with the trench system, both the mining, the defensive system, its that russia had time to setup. No, and what i am hearing is that the expectations may simply have been too high. When you look at the trading for some of these newly supplied western weapons, for instance german leotard tanks, you are seeing maybe 8 weeks of training. That is not a lot of time. And the thinking, is from speaking to military officials, and also diplomats. The idea of turning Ukrainian Armed forces into a capable, credible, mac ignites fighting unit, in that short length of time, may have been a bridge too far. That even with advanced western weapons, and training from the best in the business, the timeframe was short. And that even for the best u. S. Combat brigades, months, years of training, still make it difficult to break through these kinds of lines. So with weeks of training, it just may have been too high of a hope. You also mentioning reporting that the western officials fear the slow counter officials whats the concern. Well youre already hearing it, i was in aspen for the security forum, just have a ways to go, the ukrainian president spoke there. And at the time, they said we would like to have proceeded more quickly. But we didnt get the weapons and the trainings soon enough, pointing some fire, as it were, at the west for not moving quickly enough to support this counteroffensive. And you are hearing more of that. And the concern is that the unity of the alliance, both among western partners and nato, but also with their ukrainian partners, its a blame game that emerges, as one official described it to me. And thats a problem right, because unity is important. Not just in terms of standing up to russian aggression in ukraine, but also maintaining political support, military support, et cetera. A lot of this is bubbling up under the surface. And the fear is that bubbles up above the surface, and creates divisions that make it more difficult to survive to provide that support going for a Fastening Reporting thank you, and very concerning obviously. Cnn Military Analyst and retired army general Mark Hertling and has been following developments closely and, tweets extensively about what goes on into a successful Military Operation how, this one differs from the standard model, also with us, William Taylor former ambassador of ukraine. General hurtling, the idea that there are staggering losses and difficulty and inability to break through the multiple defensive lines that russia has set up, that does not sound good. It doesnt sound good for the uninitiated, anderson. But you remember, you and i talked about this multiple times, dating back to the april, march april timeframe. Where, i suspected, when you are talking about a force that is going on the offensive for the first time, with a very large conventional force, with new weapons, with soldiers who have been reconstituted. And were talking about ukraine now. With tactics they havent used before. They havent completely transformed the military. Against the kinds of things that russia has put in place, over an 8 month period of time. Remember, russia started mining and setting trenches, starting back in october of last year. So they had about 8 or 9 months to set the defensive conditions. And its just very difficult. So what you have right now is, ukrainian units, on offensive, between 912 combat brigade over a very large front, between 400 and 600 miles. Equal to the distance between washington and boston, they are attacking against, against an enemy who has had 8 months to prepare, 3 extensive obstacle belts. Thats tough. I have tried to do that when the enemy is just setting up obstacles in a days time. And when i say anomie, im talking of the opposing force at our training centers. And any Brigade Commander will tell, you this mission, an offensive against a defending, anomie is the toughest one that there is. I failed multiple times, of watch multiple u. S. Brigades fail in these kinds of missions, learned tough lessons, and tried to reapply it. So, its just very heart. This is combat, and truthfully, as much as ukraine wanted to turn into a desert stormlike force, from the very beginning, youre talking about the offense, its much different than the defense that they had for the first couple months of the conflict. Ambassador taylor, how concerned are you about . This so anderson, we were in kyiv last month. And the month before, the Foreign Minister made the point that others have made as well. That is, this is not the last battle. The ukrainians are in this for the longterm, they hope to get into it soon, they hope they can do the breakthrough. By the way general is exactly. Right the line from washington to boston, thats the line. And the ukrainians only have to find one place along that line, to breakthrough. Where is the russians have to defend everywhere along of that line. So, the ukrainians know that, they know they need to do, they know its hard. They also know that there are more weapons coming. They know that aircraft are coming. They dont have their aircraft right now. And again, if they dont win this battle, they will win the next one. And if they dont win that one, they will keep fighting, anderson. They are not giving up. So general hurdling. I mean, was it a mistake to devote the time to try to retrain forces, in new methods. I read one account that said, if they were able to breakthrough those lines, those kind of combined movement operations, i dont know the exact term fort. But, smaller units making decisions, not sort of the huge hierarchy. And also, moving in conjunction with artillery, with air support, things like. That that if they were able to breakthrough somewhere, those new tactics would be beneficial. Yeah, its a mix anderson. You know, ive said for a long time that, the United States can, in part, the Western Forces cant impart their way of war on a ukrainian force that, truthfully, has a postsoviet bias. They grew up in the Sore Soviet Force World Tillery was king. And so truthfully, they have wanted this new equipment, they wanted to transform their ground force. They are taking the first steps. Unlike ambassador taylor, i believe they will eventually get there. They are not there yet. This is a hard fight. I mean, there is no other way to put it, and all of the western analysts that jim was quoting a minute ago, i would bet none of the people he has talked to have been on the battlefield, attempting to do the kinds of things the ukrainian force is trying to do right now. I agree with ambassador taylor, ukraine is going to continue to win this fight. But it is not going to be a quick victory, because combat is not a video game. So how does a force of all 3, in this situation . Is it more training, is it new weapons that the ambassador was talking about. Is it going back to tactics that may have worked for them before . I think its a little bit of a mix. They will continue to use artillery, we have given them the Cluster Munitions that will help. They wont be a gamechanger, but it will be ammunition that they can use against defensive positions. But, they are also learning as they grow, to anderson. At our training centers, we say, we learn and grow every day. And we have even absconds to the fact that we are failing many times, and getting scar tissue. The ukrainians are learning how to conduct operations against these very intense, and complex obstacle belts. They will continue to learn and grow, they will find ways to overcome. They have a good morale in their force, they have great leaders, things that the russians do not. Have ambassador taylor, there was a ukrainian peace summit in saudi arabia last week. China opted to send a delegation, any takeaway from that, in your opinion . The chinese showing up for that is amazing. Anderson, thats a demonstration that the chinese are i think starting to edge away from the russians. I mean, they know. So the ukrainians, it was a ukrainian idea, to have this summit. And the chinese new, it and all of the other 41 nations knew it. They knew that ukrainians were going to make the presentation, that president zelenskyy has made. And it says, once the russians are out of their country, they will sit down and negotiate. And, territorial integrity, which means russians out of the country, was agreed by all of those nations, apparently, according to the discussions. Yeah, and both of you, i appreciate it, thank you so much. Coming up next, ohio, in the latest on tonights Special Election, where turnout is said to be high. We have breaking news, tonight out of ohio, right raising the threshold for amending the State Constitution which would make it harder to Enshrine Abortion Rights constitutionally in november. And, now know is coming in at 67. 9 . And, yes just 32. 1 , with 26 of the vote counted. Correspondent joins us from the Viewing Party in the state capital, Columbus Ohio with the latest. Jeff, polls closed more than our ago, this is a little bit confusing because its not directly voting on abortion in the state, can you just explain what the vote is and where is that right now . Anderson, it is not and its expressive the vote today is a simple question asking ohio voters if they would like to use a simple majority or a super majority to decide a question in november. And the question in november is, should abortion rights be in shined in the states constitution . The reason that this election is being held today is because Republican Leaders here are perhaps fearful of a simple majority being able to support and approve an abortion right measure or trying to raise the threshold. Theyre trying to raise the threshold to make any State Amendment of the constitution a 60 requirement. Which is obviously, a much higher hurdle. And the vote today is simply on that question. Its gonna be a higher threshold of support needed to change the abortion measure. As well as other measures down the line. So well tell you, anderson we are hearing the vote no, headquarters. And theres a lot of enthusiasm and excitement. Because of those early voting numbers that you mentioned at the beginning there. These are early votes, that they have banked essentially. But we are going to wait for more same day votes to come in before giving any type of full picture here on what the vote is. As we have those numbers on the screen, just too be clear. Voting no means, basically, somebody is likely a supporter of abortion rights. Meaning they do not want the threshold to amend the State Constitution to be raised . That is largely right. But i can tell you anderson, talking to a variety of voters, there were several republicans, and severa l others who simply did not approve of this process. And they did not approve of what they believed were Republican Leaders trying to call a summer Special Election, in their view, to slip this through. So we saw several former republican governors, who in fact are opposed to abortion rights in those cases, campaigning on the no side. So we can draw some inferences, if the vote no is made up of a big coalition, that includes a lot of abortion rights supporters. But not entirely here, thats why this is so interesting. And a lot of money. And a reminder that the actual election. Sure a, lot of money has been spent. About 25, 26 Million Dollars on both sides of this. But this is only the beginning. Regardless of the outcome tonight, there will be a November Ballot question on abortion, one of the biggest weve seen of course, a year after the Supreme Court ruling, sending it back to the states. Ohio is certainly going to be one of the biggest, anderson. I appreciate it, thank you. Well continue to monitor all through the evening. The report dubbed operation anchor found dozens of cases of sexual abuse and in the academy from the late 80s, to 2006. That leaders ignored, or mishandled. It was kept hidden until cnn reported it in june. By keeping the report secrets, the coast guard avoided the type of intense scrutiny that couldve forced more change in the handling of Sexual Assaults. It was completely toxic. And devastating to my sense of self. Cnn has talked to more than two dozen women, and men, who say that they were sexually assaulted by at the Coast Guard Academy. Including this former cadet, who recently graduated. You have to wonder, if they had released this report, if they had done more to crack down on Sexual Assault, how your experience would have been different. I often find myself wondering what my future would have been like. Time and time again. The academy, and the institution do not protect the people. The bare minimum, we audits of these victims, to provide sunsets of emotional closure. Exactly why schultz did not release the report is still a question. There were plans for a capitol Hill Briefing on operation in 2018, according to a memo field by cnn. But that apparently did not happen. For an investigation of this magnitude, and the number of events, this rises to the very top of the organization. This isnt a mid level staff decision. Members of Congress Even asked schultz about Sexual Assault in the coast guard, in the remote hearing in 2021. But he still failed to mention the investigation. We want to bring accountability to all matters. We want to prevent Sexual Assaults. And according to sources, he and his team also kept a report hidden from leaders at the department of homeland security. Which oversees the course card. I again, apologized to each victims, survivor, their loved ones. The coast guard did not come clean until just over a month ago. When schultz successor, Admiral Linda Fagan testified at a heated hearing. And announced she was launching a 90day investigation. We fail the committee. When we did not disclose, in 2020, when the cnn investigation started asking questions. That was when i first became aware of the totality. Senator said in a letter to the coast guard, that that failure to disclose that conflicted with legal requirements for reports on Sexual Assault at the academy, to be shared with congress. This is probably the most shameful and disgraceful of coverup of Sexual Assault that ive seen in the United States military, ever. Ironically, the Final Report On Operation shows the Coast Guard Academys reputation took president over concerns for the victim. Former officials tell cnn, that is exactly what happened again, when the report was hidden. If you read through the investigation, there were conscious decision made by leadership at the Coast Guard Academy, maybe trying to protect the image of the coast guard. Loyalty to an institution, and not doing what is honorable to a victim of Sexual Assault. Pamela joins us now. Pamela, this is such Incredible Reporting by you, and your team here at cnn. It is remarkable to me. We heard the current Commandant Apologizing and saying to congress that it was not until the cnn reporting, till your reports, that she understands the totality of the operation. Which, im not exactly sure what the word totality of it means. But is there any other response from the coast guard . She told her words very carefully there. Saying totality. We should note that coast guard officials did not comment on schultzs involvement, but they want to make it clear that the current confidant, they, again was not briefed on the investigation when she took office. Like our predecessor was you. Just heard from in that piece. However cnns reporting does show that there were other people who currently work at the coast guard who were involved in the operation. You mentioned the team working on this. Melanie, scott, and , a Team Effort Digging into this coverup at the coast guard. Incredible reporting, pamela brown, thank you so much. But here is the problem. According to the indictment, Carlos De Oliveira quote personally observed, and helped to move those boxes when they arrived at maralago in january of 2021. It is also why we are seeing this false statement charge that he is faced with, now for allegedly lying to the fbi. One other quick note, anderson, that employee number four, tavares, the i. T. Worker. We did reach out, cnn reached out to his attorney for comment. And that attorney tonight comment. Appreciate that.
