Clunes death: Cruel twist after Rachael Dixon died while on a 'magic mushroom trip' at a health clinic run by a new age wellness guru

Rachael Dixon, 53, became critically ill and later died from a suspected heart attack after allegedly drinking a mushroom tonic at Soul Barn in Clunes, near Ballarat, on April 13.
