NEARLY two-thirds of people in Warrington have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, according to the latest figures.
NHS data shows that 110,492 people had received a first vaccine jab by April 18 in the town, which calculates as 65 per cent of those aged 16 and over.
Of those vaccinated, 80,871 were aged 50 and over – 98 per cent of the age group.
It means 29,621 people aged between 16 to 49 have received a first dose of the vaccine.
