CLEARWATER â In January, council member Kathleen Beckman stood at the podium before the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board like any resident can do and shared a series of thoughts.
Then at the meeting on April 27, parks and recreation advisory board member Patrick Raftery asked his colleagues how they could follow up on some of Beckmanâs suggestions, like her idea that recreation centers across the city should have uniform operating hours. Chair Bruce Rector said he would add her items to Mayâs agenda.
