Clarksburg, West Virginia, sex offender pleads guilty to registry violation

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 72-year-old Clarksburg sex offender pleaded guilty Tuesday to a second-offense violation of the state's Sex Offender Registration Act.
