The Property Large Loss Specialist will manage, investigate, and resolve assigned Property Loss claims that involve a high level of complexity and/or severity. Focus is on technical file handling to ensure accurate evaluation and timely settlement while providing prompt, courteous and fair claim serves to exceed our customers' needs. This position will report directly to the VP of Claims.
This will include:
Analyze and efficiently handle an assigned volume of complex and/or severe personal lines and commercial lines property claims
Make decisions with delegated authority
Perform in-depth investigations, attend trials, and hearings as assigned
Assist in the training and development of employees in property loss adjusting techniques
