Here's why: Andrew Giuliani, a former Trump White House aide, said on the day he announced that he is running for governor in New York that he hasn’t been vaccinated for COVID-19. 
Giuliani said he contracted the virus last year, and added he still gets tested for Covid-19 antibodies, which offer some protection from becoming reinfected.
