Civil Rights Trail discussed at Attucks Black History Month event

A special kick-off event for Black History Month was held at the Attucks Community Center on Sunday, Feb. 4 from 2 pm to 4 pm, sponsored by Attucks Community Alliance, Ponca City Rotary, Webber Lodge No. 26 and Orpha #151 OES.
