Civil case in Jackie Faircloth bar accident to be considered by Florida Supreme Court

After an appeals court rejected a $28.6 million judgment, the Florida Supreme Court on Monday said it will take up a case involving catastrophic injuries suffered by Jackie Faircloth after two Tallahassee bars served underage drinkers.
