Civic Group, ENetSuD Appeals Court Ruling On Kwara Government's 'Illegal' Appointment Into House Of Assembly

A civil society organisation, the Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD) has filed an Appeal at the Ilorin Judicial Division of the Nigerian Court of Appeal to set aside the ruling of the High Court which held that it does not have locus standi to sue Kwara State Government on a wrong action. ENetSuD had filed a lawsuit against the Kwara State Legislature and Executive over the illegal appointment of one Hajia Halimat Jummai Kperogi as Clerk to the House after she retired from service.
