CITY OF WORTHINGTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Worthington City Planning Commission will hold three (3) public hearings on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following business: Variance – Minilik Mersha has submitted a request to encroach 6 feet into the required 10-foot side setback as required by City Code Chapter 155 Appendix A: Table 1 for the construction of an addition on the building located at 1632 Oxford Street. The proposed addition would allow the applicant to operate a restaurant on the property. The applicant has also submitted a request to encroach 30 feet into the required 50-foot front setback for construction of an accessible ramp on the existing building.
