City of St. Louis, EMTs who stopped ambulance hit by thrown rock sued for wrongful death

A delayed response by St. Louis Fire Department's EMS Bureau when a rock was thrown at an ambulance, denting it, is at the center of a wrongful-death lawsuit filed this week against the city and the operators of the emergency vehicle assigned to the call.
